Every festival week brings the same message: will it arrive by Thursday? The honest answer depends on three things, and none of them is the shop.

The arithmetic

Handling takes 1-2 business days. Transit is 2-4 business days to metro cities and 4-8 business days to the rest of India. Added together the realistic window is 3-6 business days to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and the second number stretches in festival weeks.

What actually causes late parcels

• Volume. Courier hubs run at capacity before Rakhi and Diwali; a day of buffer disappears there.
• Address detail. A missing landmark or an unreachable phone number sends a parcel back for a full cycle.
• Closed days. Pickups do not run on days the shop is shut, and hubs slow on public holidays.

Practical advice

Order five days before the date for a metro address and about a week and a half for smaller towns. If the date is already tight, send us the pin code before ordering — we will say plainly whether it is realistic rather than take the order and hope.
