Cancellation Policy

Cancel free of charge at any point before the parcel is dispatched.

Before dispatch

• Write to orders@archiesgifts.shop or call +91 98935 30786, +91 89824 32999 with the order number.
• No cancellation fee, no restocking charge.
• We pack within 1-2 business days, so the sooner the better — especially in festival weeks when parcels leave the same day.

After dispatch

Once the courier has it we cannot pull it back. Refuse the delivery, or accept it and return within 10 days under the Return & Refund Policy.

Money back

Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original UPI ID or bank account within 5-7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders simply close with nothing to refund.

If we cancel

Occasionally a piece is damaged in storage or the last one of a festive line has gone. We write first, offer an alternative, and refund in full if you would rather not wait. We do not substitute a different design on our own.
