Gifts are usually bought for a date — a wedding, a rakhi, a housewarming. This page sets out what delivery costs, how long it takes, and how fragile pieces are packed.
Charges
- Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above.
- Flat ₹59 below that, anywhere in India.
- Cash on Delivery is available at no extra charge.

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If you are buying for a festival or a wedding date, order with a few days in hand — around Raksha Bandhan and Diwali the courier network in Madhya Pradesh runs slower than usual, and we would rather say so than promise a date we do not control.
How fragile pieces travel
Idols, serveware and glass are wrapped individually and boxed with filler. If a parcel still arrives damaged, film it as you open it and write to orders@archiesgifts.shop within 48 hours — see the Return & Refund Policy.
Where we ship from and to
Everything is picked and packed by us in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and delivered across India. We do not ship overseas.
Tracking and failed delivery
- A tracking number is emailed once the parcel leaves us; it can take a day to start updating.
- Please check the address and phone number before paying — we can correct an address only before dispatch.
- If the courier cannot reach anyone after three attempts the parcel comes back to us. We refund the item value; the delivery cost already spent is not refunded.
Working hours: Customer service: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST, daily
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are picked up the next working day. We do not dispatch on days the shop is closed or on public holidays, and delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
