We keep the minimum needed to deliver a gift and to sort out a return.

What we collect

• Name, delivery address, pin code, phone and email for the order.
• The UPI transaction reference for prepaid orders. No card numbers, CVVs or PINs reach us.
• Messages you send us, kept while a return or query is open.
• Server logs and the cookies the cart needs.

Why, and who sees it

To pack, deliver, refund and answer questions. Your name, address and phone go to the courier because delivery is impossible otherwise. The payment provider sees the transaction reference; the hosting provider stores the site data. Nobody else, unless a lawful authority requires it. We do not sell or rent data and we do not build advertising profiles.

How long

Order records for as long as tax and consumer-protection rules require; correspondence for two years. Ask for deletion of anything not legally required and we will action it.

Your rights

Indian data protection and information technology legislation lets you ask for a copy of your data, corrections, erasure where we need not keep it, and withdrawal of consent. Write to orders@archiesgifts.shop; we respond 1 business day.

Cookies

Used for the cart and simple traffic counting. Blocking them only means the cart forgets its contents.
