Terms of Service

These terms apply to archiesgifts.shop and to any order placed with Archies Gift Shop, SHOP NO.4-5, E-3/48, BUS STOP 10, E-3, Arera Colony, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, 462016, India.

1. Who we are

Archies Gift Shop is an online retailer in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh selling Lifestyle gift products. We buy finished stock and resell it; we are not a manufacturer and not an agent for other sellers.

2. Products

Descriptions are written from the information available to us, including the material and the finish. Handmade and hand-painted items vary between pieces, and screen colour is not exact. Where a page names a material — German silver, polyresin, brass, silk blend — that is the material as supplied to us, and we can help you compare with the specifications listed.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order that is out of stock, obviously mispriced, or bound for a pin code the courier will not serve, and refund it in full.

4. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without affecting orders already confirmed. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery. We are not registered for GST as turnover is below the applicable registration threshold; GST is therefore not charged separately, no GST tax invoice with a registration number is issued, and the listed price is the amount payable.

5. Delivery, returns, cancellation

Set out in the Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates.

6. Using this site

Please do not copy our photographs or page text for another shop, interfere with the site, or place fraudulent orders.

7. Warranty and responsibility

Items are sold for ordinary domestic and gifting use. We provide no additional warranty through our store; a manufacturer warranty stated on a product page applies on its own terms. Our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the item, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Governing law

Indian law applies, including consumer protection, information technology and data protection legislation relevant to online retail. Disputes are dealt with by the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
